One such scholarship in India that provides medical scholarship to support the aspiring engineers, pursue their dream education is NSEE - National Scholarship Entrance Examination.
National Scholarship Entrance Examination (NSEE) is a national level merit-based scholarship exam that provides the scholarship for medical and medical aspirants in India. Through its Scholarship program, NSEE has fueled dreams of more than 2 lakh talented engineering and medical students of India since its initiation. NSEE started with baby feet at 2018 with 200 students enrolling for engineering and medical scholarships and by 2020, it has grown to be a national-level merit-exam providing more than 37K engineering scholarships and medical scholarships all over India.
NSEE is an Eligibility test for obtaining scholarships in engineering and medical scholarships. The exam conducting board is registered with the Ministry of Finance act 1994 under the central excise department of India. The objective of the NSEE Scholarship program is to provide financial assistance to the talented, meritorious engineering and medical students through its scholarship exam that is conducted all over india.
NSEE has launched two scholarship programs-
The NSEE Scholarship exam is usually conducted every year in the month of April and May. The Scholarship exam will be conducted all across India and the examination will be conducted in Online mode (Computer Based Test) only. Based on the candidate score in the NSEE exam and as per the layout of NSEE scholarship, the scholarship will be funded to the respective students.
The eligible students will be awarded with the scholarships and rewards as per their performance in NSEE examination and according to the NSEE Scholarship slab.

Follow the below steps to apply for the scholarship:
Step 1: Visit the official registration page of NSEE to apply for engineering and medical scholarships in India.
Step 2: Fill out all the details asked such as Name, DOB, Email id, Phone number and click on ‘Click to Register’ button. A confirmation SMS/email containing registration number and password will be sent to the registered number/email id.
Step 3: Using the received registered number and password,Login to proceed with the further registration process. Choose the application type as NSEE-2021 Application or NSEE-2021 Open Book Application and proceed further.
Step 4: Fill out all the details such as your communication details, and select four preferred exam centers as per convenience.
Step 5: Pay the application fee through the online mode of payment such as debit card, credit card or net banking.
Step 6: Enter the academic details, guardian/parent details, Annual Family Income and click on ‘Click to Proceed’ button.
Step 7: Finally, Upload the scanned copy of recent passport sized photograph and signature and click on ‘Click here to Proceed’ button. The images should be in png/jpeg/jpg format only. The file size of the scanned copy of photograph should not exceed 100kb and the file size of the signature should not exceed 50kb.
You will be redirected to the Confirmation Page, where you can check all your details filled along with Application Status. Download the confirmation page and keep it for future reference.NSEE Conduct two type of scholarship exam in India - NSEE Scholarship Exam and NSEE Open-book Scholarship Exam.
The exam will be computer-based and the pattern of paper will be Multiple Choice Questions. The questions will be asked from class 12th Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology (based on the course selected).
